General terms and conditions of the contract of registration

Object

These general terms and conditions have as object regulate the relationship between Forcontu S.L. and you (in later customer) relating to registrations to courses conducted on the Web site www.forcontu.com, domain which is incumbent Forcontu S.L., company legally incorporated, provided of CIF/VAT number B-76012707.

Acceptance

The registration to the courses should be through the form that appears on the website or the Online store of Forcontu S.L. or by sending the registration form duly signed by e-mail or postal mail. Effectiveness of registration

Management of the bonus by the Fundación Estatal

The Fundación Estatal bonus are only available to employees in Spain.

Forcontu S.L. It will not charge expenses of management of the bonus if the customer pays the course and does not cancel the contract of registration before the start of the course. Prices

Special prices, by the hiring of several courses together, include a discount for enrolling together at selected levels. Customer is not entitled to this discount if you purchase levels separately.

Form of payment

In certain cases and to prevent potential fraud, Forcontu S.L. reserves the possibility of requesting a client a specific payment method where not irrefutably proving the identity of the buyer.

The total price of the course must be paid a maximum five days from the date of hiring and always before the start of the course.

Payment for subscription

Customer agrees to payment method by subscription to register in the course or service which so requires.

Forcontu S.L. you will never have access to data cards or Paypal customer accounts.

How does it work?

• PayPal acts as an intermediary between Forcontu S.L. and its customers.
• Customer must authorize PayPal to withdraw your card or bank account, the amount agreed with Forcontu S.L. as payment for 1 month of subscription.
• This withdrawal will be repeated every month while the client or Forcontu S.L. not indicate to PayPal that it is interrupted.
• The client can stop payment through PayPal whenever you want. In this case, consequently and automatically Forcontu S.L. proceed to the interruption of the service.

Renewal: The continuous subscription, Forcontu S.L. It will renew your subscription without notice each month.

The activation of the services will take place as soon as it is established that you successful payment through Paypal.

Cancelled in the middle of any month, subscriptions will not give right to repayment of the amount paid.

The customer may unsubscribe exceeding two months and return to reactivate it without additional cost. In this case you will be continuous and note assessment obtained on the date of the cancellation.

Delivery of training materials

Cancellation of registration or course

Forcontu S.L. reserves the right to cancel the courses that do not have a minimum of registrations. In that case, the total amount of tuition would be refunded to customer.

Forcontu S.L. guarantees the customer the possibility to cancel your contract of registration free of charge if requested five (5) days before the start of the course. Otherwise will be charged 10% of the total of the tuition expenses of management and be refunded the difference to the customer.

In the case of courses or services through monthly subscription payment, paid fees will not be returned.

If the customer decides to leave the course or to cancel the contract of registration once started, paid the registration fee will not be returned.

If the customer has requested accession to the Convention's group of companies for a bonus of course through the Fundación Estatal, and Forcontu S.L. management has begun before the Fundación Estatal, the customer must pay management costs 15% on the total price of the contracted course to be able to cancel the contract of registration before the start of the course. In this case there will be charged 10% stipulated by failure to comply with the period of advance notice.

End of course certificate

According to the conditions of registration of each course offered, the student may opt to receive a course certificate.

Certificates shall have as a minimum the following information:

• Title and level of the course
• Number of hours, date of delivery, full agenda

Entitled to printed certificate courses, will be sent free of charge to Spain by postal mail to the address provided by the student, within a maximum period of two months from the date of completion of the course. Extension and repetition of the course

Those students who, for reasons beyond Forcontu S.L., not have been able to end of the course within the stipulated deadlines, may apply for an extension or repetition with the following conditions:

• No extension may be requested in the courses.
• Courses with payment of monthly subscription not is able to request extension if the following fee is not paid and discounts also apply by the repetition of courses.
• The customer who has requested the bonus of the course by the Fundación Estatal, you may not request any extension or postponement. You will need to register and pay back the amount that corresponds.
• In courses that include a period of free advice, customer may use this period to complete outstanding activities and try to obtain the relevant certificate.

• Customer may repeat a course already carried out, by paying 50% of the price complete course without applying any discounts or offers offered at the time of the first contract. And repeat price will only be respected contract within six months of completion of the originally contracted. This condition will not be levied in the courses with the modality of payment of monthly subscription.
• To hire the repetition of a course already carried out they are not included nor educational materials will be sent.
• The hiring of the repetition of a course already made, can only be performed on the dates set out in the schedule of courses provided and published on the website.
• The client may hire the services of monthly tutorials in order to finish outstanding activities outside the course calendar. Responsibility of Forcontu S.L.

Breach of any of these conditions may result in withdrawal or cancellation of services by Forcontu S.L. without prior notice to the client and without this giving right to any compensation.

In the event that customer has adhered to the Group of companies Management jointly for the training of workers, this agreement does not exempt from compliance with the conditions laid down in the Convention of grouping companies date 01/04/2010, whose organiser is Forcontu S.L.

Personal and commercial communications

Jurisdiction and applicable law

The law applicable to the present contract shall be Spanish law.

For any divergence arising from this agreement both parties submit expressly, and with resignation to their own jurisdiction, to the decision of the matter or dispute posed to the courts and tribunals of the city of Madrid.
