A Drupalling I will go with Forcontu
tnorman | Drupal 7 | Expert in Drupal 7
06 Julio, 2015 My experience with Drupal started a few years ago when version 5 came out. At the time I was a newspaper/magazine photographer and was looking to branch out into freelance photograpy and knew I wanted a Content Managagement System to help keep my website up to date with new content. I explored several of CMS's including Joomla and WordPress, but eventually settled on Drupal because of the community. WordPress was popular for photographers, but I thought I would want to have more flexibility. My first Drupal website was Drupal version 5.0. And then I started fresh with Drupal 6 when it came out a couple years later. The last build of the freelance photographer site at http://www.timnormanphoto.com was for version 6. I delved decently deep into Drupal 6 and wrote some small modules to help with the site. Nothing fancy though. With so many photographers out of work and finding new jobs, I thought it might be a good idea to start in a new career as I could see my friends losing jobs and finding new careers.I've enjoyed Drupal and the Drupal community, so a Drupalling I would go. The beginner and intermediate sections for learning Drupal 7 with Forcontu have been interesting. I've never taken an online course like this, but I thought it would help learn the differences between Drupal 6 and Drupal 7 as well as get my feet back into Drupal developing. Much of Drupal 7 is the same or similar to Drupal 6. The advance section for the course, which is coming up, will be where I'm going to enjoy sinking my teeth into. The overall experience has been challenging at times in juggling outside work and life while continuing with course work. You set your own schedule and pace which helps with how fast you are learning or how much you may already know. The moderator/teacher has been wonderfully helpful and forgiving when late nights on my job lead to sleepy nights while going thru the course work. I have learned about modules and sections of Drupal 7 that I didn't have experience with nor knew about. It is an educational course, and I've enjoyed the work. I'm about to start on the next section, the advance section, and that should provide a whole new challenge and learning level. The knowledge I learn in this course should help me rebuild my current site and hopefully give me a basis to start a career as a junior Drupal developer. If you know of someone looking for some extra help on a site or a job opening, please let me know. |
A challenging training program
fpacheco | Drupal 10 | Master in Drupal 10
10 Septiembre, 2025 The training has been a pleasant experience that has allowed me to learn about and delve deeper into this technology in a practical and applied way. During the course, I have been able to face different challenges that have helped me consolidate knowledge and skills that are very useful for my professional development. The module that took me the longest was Back-End, and it was undoubtedly the most challenging, as it put me in complex situations that required structured solutions and... [read more] |
Front End Developer Course
amonteroc | Drupal 10 | Expert in Drupal 10 Front-End
28 Agosto, 2025 The good thing about this course is that it's not just boring theory, but they let you play around with real things: setting up themes, configuring modules, breaking them, and fixing them again. I liked that it focuses on what you'll actually encounter at work, not just decorative stuff. I finished with the feeling that I have much more control over Drupal. Plus, the explanations are clear, to the point, and you always have examples to practice with. The assignments help a lot because they... [read more] |

KiwiKev | Drupal 10 | Expert in Drupal 10 Back-End
26 Agosto, 2025 Wow, what an intensive journey! Completing the Drupal Back-End Development course definitely took persistence, and I’ll admit there were moments when I wondered if I’d make it through. A huge thanks to Fran for the guidance, encouragement, and support throughout this process—it truly made all the difference. ... [read more] |
You won't regret it
carnovo | Drupal 10 | Expert in Drupal 10 Back-End
23 Agosto, 2025 With more than five years of experience working with Drupal, the Drupal 10 Back-End Development manual has allowed me to organize and deepen the knowledge I had previously acquired in a more practical and scattered way. Many of the features I already used in my daily work took on new meaning when I studied them from a theoretical basis and applied them in the proposed activities. This helped me reinforce fundamentals, discover details I had overlooked, and, above all, better understand... [read more] |
My experience in the Drupal 10 Master
seuse | Drupal 10 | Master in Drupal 10
20 Agosto, 2025 The experience of learning Drupal 10 with these courses has been intense, but very enriching. The practical exercises, although challenging, have forced me to face real problems and think of complete solutions, integrating Front-End, Back-End, and Site Building. At first, some sections seemed complex to me, especially custom module programming and advanced entity management, but with patience and practice, I have managed to understand how everything fits together in a real project.... More geared toward programmers than designers
aparecidaconde | Drupal 10 | Expert in Drupal 10 Front-End
13 Agosto, 2025 FORCONTU's Expert in Drupal 10 Front-End course is very comprehensive but is aimed more at programmers than designers. For me, as programming is very difficult, I found it very hard to complete. There are numerous exercises, which means you learn a lot, but you also have to invest a lot of time in tasks that are not going to be part of any real project, although there is also a final activity where you can develop one. You have to be patient because the Drupal manager will give you a lot of... [read more] |
Drupal 10 Back-End Training
fpacheco | Drupal 10 | Expert in Drupal 10 Back-End
07 Agosto, 2025 I found it to be a very comprehensive course, with some sections being quite challenging, but it provides a broad level of knowledge and a fairly in-depth understanding of the subject matter. I started taking these courses because of a requirement at work, but they are sparking my desire to work with this technology. I am increasingly eager to start completing personal and work projects, applying everything I have learned in real and challenging situations. If you are a junior,... [read more] |
Certification and significant contribution of knowledge
caneteman | Drupal 10 | Expert in Drupal 10 Site Building
05 Agosto, 2025 I have been working with Drupal for over 15 years, starting with Drupal 6, then mainly Drupal 7, which is where I have carried out the vast majority of my projects, and lately, of course, Drupal 8, 9, 10, and some Drupal 11. For work reasons, I need the certificate, as it is increasingly required for jobs and tenders. What was going to be a simple formality has become a continuous learning experience. Seeing how things are done from another perspective, seeing modules that I have not worked... [read more] |
Solid and practical training in Drupal 10
LeidyPerezGonzalez | Drupal 10 | Expert in Drupal 10 Back-End
03 Agosto, 2025 The Expert in Drupal 9 Back-End Development course has been a very comprehensive and enriching learning experience. Although I already had experience in web development and had previously worked with Drupal, this program has allowed me to consolidate and deepen my knowledge, especially in key areas such as creating custom modules, advanced entity management, service integration, and queue implementation using the Drupal API. Forcontu's methodology is very well structured, with... [read more] |
